Service Warranty

Software Warranty

MobilePoint PC Networks does not warrant any software installations or fixes. The end user must understand the impact of upgrades to the operating system, applications and utility software. Such upgrades can lead to incompatibilities and possible loss of data.

MobilePoint PC Networks requires the original software media and product key to perform installations. MobilePoint PC Networks does not warrant or support installation or recovery of copied software.

Parts Warranty

Parts Purchased and Installed by MobilePoint PC Networks- Carry a warranty of one (1) year. Any warranty claims beyond one (1) year are the responsibility of the end user. Removal or defacing of serial number(s) from components voids warranty. Damaged caused by misuse or neglect will void warranty. Compatibility issues on parts purchased and installed by MobilePoint PC Networks carry a thirty (30) day warranty.

Parts Purchased by Customer and Installed by MobilePoint PC Networks - MobilePoint PC Networks does not warrant any parts purchased by the customer. The customer is responsible to facilitate all manufacturers warranty claims. MobilePoint PC Networks does not warrant compatibility of components installed and does not support any issues that may arise from incompatibility.

Labor Warranty

All labor performed by MobilePoint PC Networks is warranted for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of customer receipt. Labor warranty covers proper installation and working order of installed components. Damaged caused by misuse or neglect will void warranty.
